Eco Atlantic to acquire JHI, gain Falklands, Guyana offshore stakes

Eco Atlantic has agreed to acquire JHI Associates in a deal valued at about $52 million, gaining offshore exploration interests in the North Falkland basin and Guyana’s Canje block.
