Acteon acquires Upstream Engineering to expand offshore platform, engineering capabilities

Acteon has acquired Houston-based EPC specialist Upstream Engineering, expanding its offshore engineering capabilities and strengthening its fixed platform and SURF service offerings. The deal combines platform design expertise with subsea engineering to support lower-cost offshore field developments worldwide.
