U.K. expands sanctions against Russian oil fleet and its insurers

The UK government expanded its sanctions against Russia’s energy industry on Monday, blacklisting dozens of tankers responsible for moving the nation’s oil as well as two insurers involved in the trade.

Specialist provider of offshore support services, Interocean Marine Services, has been awarded a four-year extension to its frame agreement with multinational power company, Vattenfall.

Oil States has introduced an industry-first Low Impact Workover Package (LIWP). The LIWP is engineered to empower operators to safely and cost-effectively plug and abandon aging subsea wells while minimizing wellhead loads and streamlining operations.
