Nigeria approves TotalEnergies’ $510 million Bonga divestment to Shell, Agip

Nigeria has approved TotalEnergies’ $510 million sale of its 12.5% stake in OML 118, home to the Bonga deepwater field, to Shell and Nigerian Agip Exploration as part of Total’s global divestment strategy.
