Brazil’s ANP overhauls rules for assigning E&P contracts, scraps partnership review committee

A new resolution replaces the framework in force for more than five years for farm-outs, operator changes and performance-guarantee requests, moving reviews from the CAPP committee directly to the agency’s technical departments.
