EnQuest to acquire Malaysia offshore interests in $833 million deal

EnQuest has agreed to acquire interests in four offshore Malaysia production-sharing contracts for up to $833 million, adding approximately 57,400 boed of production and increasing group reserves by 85% as it expands its Southeast Asia portfolio.
