ABL, PMS partner on rig moving services for Egypt offshore operations

ABL and Petroleum Marine Services (PMS) have signed an MoU to provide offshore rig moving, marine assurance and risk services in Egypt, supporting drilling operations in the Red Sea and Gulf of Suez.
