Kongsberg Maritime to become stand-alone company following shareholder approval

Kongsberg shareholders have approved the spin-off of Kongsberg Maritime, paving the way for the maritime technology business to operate as a stand-alone company and list on the Oslo Stock Exchange in April 2026.
