NOIA voices support for Burgum’s pause of U.S. offshore wind project

The National Ocean Industries Association has voiced its support after Secretary of the Interior Doug Burgum halted construction activities of the Empire Wind offshore wind project and ordered a review of both existing and pending offshore wind permits.
