Cairn, 2H Offshore announce partnership for major offshore India project

Cairn Oil & Gas and 2H Offshore announced the commencement of a significant offshore India development project. The partnership was signed in the presence of Vedanta Chairman Mr. Anil Agarwal, at this week’s CERAWeek by S&P Global energy conference.
