Ghana voids order forcing Eni to merge offshore oilfield with Afina discovery

Ghana’s government has decided to withdraw a 2020 directive requiring Eni SpA and partner Vitol Holding BV to merge its offshore oil field with a discovery made by neighboring Afina, potentially settling a five-year standoff.
