Eco (Atlantic) sells 1% interest in Block 3B/4B to Africa Oil, announces Board changes

Eco (Atlantic) Oil & Gas Ltd. announced completion of its transaction with Africa Oil Corp. and Africa Oil SA Corp (AOSAC) for the sale of a 1% Participating Interest in Block 3B/4B, and replacement of a member of the board.
